Students from local schools visit the "grandmas and grandpas" on-site. Together, they do arts and crafts, read, play games, enjoy snacks, and often build pen pal friendships. Last year, residents surprised their friends from Kennedy by attending their winter choir concert.
Special events enabling residents to "host" their loved ones at Woodcrest. Residents invite friends and family of unique chef-inspired entrees, adult beverages, and conversation... a true fine dining experience.
Get creative with one of our many craft clubs devoted to bringing people with similar interests together.
Frequent shows include: Music festivals, band and choir concerts, impersonators, comedians, and educational speakers.
Woodcrest is just blocks away from CSB/SJU Theatre, and has an on-going partnership with the program. Woodcrest is also in close proximity to Paramount Theatre.
Whether residents head to SJU for a Saturday football game, take a day trip to the winery, or travel to Stillwater to dock a boat cruise on the St. Croix, there is always something new to do!

Educational and Fitness Classes are brought to residents in their own communities and administered by trained Champion Rehab staff.
